Reach Americans abroad when they're dealing with FATCA: banks and brokers that refuse, restrict or close accounts for US citizens and green-card holders.

Who reads this site

US citizens and green-card holders who live abroad or are about to move, looking up which banks and brokers will take them in their country. Many are also sorting out US tax filing, FBAR and Form 8938, PFIC questions, cross-border investing, or insurance after a move. That's why we think expat tax firms, cross-border financial advisers and international insurers are the right fit.

The site launched in October 2026 and covers 18 countries and 60 institutions so far. We won't quote traffic or subscriber numbers here. They're still early, and we're happy to share current stats on request.

The rules

  • Every placement is labelled as paid. Featured listings, sponsor slots and newsletter sponsorships are always marked, and kept visually separate from the database.
  • Payment never changes any status, note or ranking. Statuses come only from published sources. Advertisers can't buy, influence or preview an entry, including entries about banks they work with.
  • Flat fees only. Advisers pay a flat fee for a placement, never per lead, per client, or a share of fees.
  • We don't vet advisers' work. A listing means you paid to be shown. It isn't a recommendation or an endorsement, and we tell readers to do their own checks.
  • We may decline any advertiser, and we don't accept ads for products we think would mislead readers.
